Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Odoniq platform, a SaaS artificial intelligence solution for dental clinics, accessible at app.odoniq.com.

2. Service Description

  • AI-assisted dental X-ray analysis.
  • Treatment plan and budget generation.
  • Patient, appointment, and billing management.
  • Performance metrics dashboard.
  • Multi-clinic and multi-user management.

Important: Odoniq is a diagnostic support tool. AI suggestions do not replace the clinical judgment of the professional. The dentist is always ultimately responsible for diagnosis and treatment.

3. Registration

  • You must be a licensed dental professional or a legally established dental clinic.
  • Registration information must be accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Plans and Billing

  • Prices are published at odoniq.com and may be updated with 30 days notice.
  • Billing is monthly unless a specific annual plan is agreed upon.
  • Free trial is 14 days. No credit card required.
  • You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billed period.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use the service only for professional dentistry purposes.
  • Comply with applicable data protection and health legislation.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' or clinics' data.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the software.

6. Intellectual Property

Odoniq and all its content are property of Odoniq or its licensors. Clinical data you enter remains your property.

7. Availability

  • We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime.
  • Planned maintenance will be notified 24 hours in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Odoniq is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months. AI suggestions are advisory — the dental professional assumes responsibility for verifying all diagnoses and treatment plans.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, unless consumer regulations provide otherwise.
